Most equipment is rented without deposits. The 'deposit' in most cases is the rental amount plus taxes and damage waiver for the agreed term of rental. Rent a generator for a week, and you pay only the weekly rental plus tax and damage waiver. Most equipment can be rented for a 4-hour minimum, a 24-hour day, a 7-day week, or a 28-day month. With a few exceptions, the weekly rate is three times the daily rate, and the 28-day month is three times the weekly rate. Delivery is available for most transactions of $100 or more; delivery within a 3-mile radius is at a flat fee, and beyond that radius a per mile charge is added. We have trailers available for almost anything we rent; we encourage customers with proper towing equipment packages to consider this option. We accept Visa, MasterCard, Discover, American Express, personal or company checks with proper ID, and cash for payments of rental in advance. Some equipment, such as tractors and backhoes, will require a security deposit in addition to the rent in advance. We require that deposits in these cases be in cash, or one of the credit cards just mentioned. Most equipment that holds fuels such as kerosene, diesel, unleaded, propane, etc. will also incur a fuel refill deposit. Equipment is dispatched full of fuel; if it is returned full the customer's fuel deposit is refunded. Some equipment such as concrete tools or large excavating equipment incurs a cleanup deposit; again, if equipment is returned in a reasonably clean condition as it was dispatched, cleanup deposit will be refunded. All party equipment rentals require $100 or more security deposit while equipment is in customer's possession -- deposit is refunded if equipment is returned in good condition. We've found most of our customers to be extremely fair-minded people. Our philosophy has always been that we want customers to get what they pay for. If machines break, as they occasionally will, or it "falls a flood", as it sometimes will, we have a liberal 'raincheck' policy - if you don't feel you got a fair day's work out of a day's rental, tell us - we will work with you to make it right. We welcome open accounts for established businesses -- just return our standard credit application completed and signed by owner, officer or partner -- and we'll try to get you up and running with us as quickly as possible.
